SHIPPING
We currently ship via USPS and courier.
Generally, shipping is $5 for the first item $2 for each item after. There are a few exceptions, i.e., each Gift basket has a set shipping cost as they are shipped by weight via courier; a few smaller items have lower shipping rates. When you check out, it should be calculated automatically. If you see anything unusual, PLEASE LET US KNOW so we can correct the situation if need be.

RETURNS/CLAIMS
Bath & beauty products - we do not accept returns. This ensures safe and sanitary products for you, our valued customers.

Gift baskets - Please contact us within 2 days of receipt of gift IN WRITING via email to receive a "call tag #" if:
  • you are not happy with your gift :(
  • if there is a problem with the gift (i.e. missing items)
  • if a gift is damaged during shipping.
It is important that this procedure is followed for a smooth transaction!
If a shipment is simply refused and returned by the carrier, or you send it back yourself,  a 20% restocking fee is applicable.
If an incorrect address is given and the package is returned, a $15-$20 return fee is charged. (worth double checking!)

** We do reserve the right to make substitutions, keep in mind that not all packaging will look identical to the pictures as designer packaging changes frequently.  A variance in package or flavor does not justify an item being returned at our expense. **
